YOLO Foundation
YOLO Foundation is a CARR-certified level II recovery residence program designed to support individuals on their journey through recovery. The program allows residents to utilize Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) within the residence, and offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can build a lasting foundation for sustained sobriety while having access to necessary medical and therapeutic support. The YOLO residences are in a safe neighborhood with access to transportation and work opportunities. The program also delivers necessary life skills training while encouraging and guiding residents to make individualized goals and plans to improve in other life areas. YOLO Foundation is available to men age 18+ in the Greeley/Evans CO area. Eligible participants include justice involved, veterans, emerging adults from foster care, people with substance abuse disorders, and SOs on a case by case basis.
