The Freedom Institute in Montrose helps men and women in Montrose, Delta, San Miguel, Ouray, Hinsdale & Gunnison counties who are on parole and returning to the community. Services include job search assistance, access to computers, clothing & hygiene, bus passes, IDs, career and education mentoring, housing assistance, and a transitional housing program. They also call their program Western Slope WAGEES.
