The Place
The Place ignites the potential in youth to exit homelessness and create self-determined, fulfilled lives. The Place aids youth ages 15-24 experiencing homelessness and those at risk of homelessness. They provide outreach programs, assistance with shelters and housing programs. Youth services include education assistance, on site health and medical care, family and life skills programs, Job Readiness Training (JRT), career training services, job search assistance, job placement and job retention services. All services are free and individualized with the help of a Case Manager.
