Southeast Health Group is a WAGEES grant provider of re-entry services. They cover six counties in southeast Colorado: Crowley, Kiowa, Otero, Bent, Prowers, and Baca. Services include goal-setting, connections toward those goals such as employment, recovery, housing, ID documents, clothes, shoes and tools for work, education, and more. Call to make an appointment.
