Southeast Health Group WAGEES
Southeast Health Group is a WAGEES grant provider of re-entry services. They cover six counties in southeast Colorado: Crowley, Kiowa, Otero, Bent, Prowers, and Baca. Services include goal-setting, connections toward those goals such as employment, recovery, housing, ID documents, clothes, shoes and tools for work, education, and more. Call to make an appointment. Southeast Health Group WAGEES also has a sober living house.
