Second Chance Center
Second Chance Center provides formerly incarcerated people and their network with education, resources, and support to successfully re-enter the community and cultivate a rewarding life. Their Advanced Care Coordinator helps justice-involved people who are fifty and older, currently incarcerated and anticipating release, as well as those who have reentered the community. They help with housing, employment, mentoring, SSI/SSDI, and all needs associated with reintegrating seniors into society after periods of incarceration.
