Life-Line

Life-Line works with people of all ages who struggle with substance abuse and/or are transitioning out of gangs or incarceration. They provide counseling, mentoring, case management, pro-social activities, life skills, resource connections, career exploration and job readiness training. Life-Line is a WAGEES grant provider of re-entry help for people coming out of prison. They specialize in programs that support fatherhood, gang disengagement, substance abuse, and aggression replacement.
