Jewish Family Service of Colorado (JFS) works with all job seekers including those formerly incarcerated or experiencing homelessness and offers free, customized coaching, workshops and case management services to get you back to work quickly. They meet with you where you are at in the community and also teach several free virtual and in-person workshops, deliver trainings, and provide you 1:1 support to help you re-enter the workforce after a long break. They can help you create a work history/resume, write letters of explanation, help find or provide low-cost or free tech devices, and refer you directly to interview for jobs with our employer partners. They understand barriers to employment and are experts at eliminating these barriers and providing you personalized career coaching support to help you find a job that you enjoy and that pays you a livable wage.
