The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is an online application that determines if you are eligible for a Pell grant as well as other grants and loans to help you pay for college. Use the website link to submit the application online or call the main line to ask for a paper copy. To learn more, it’s best to make an appointment with the financial aid office at the school you want to attend. They will provide support for the FAFSA application and provide education on other financial aid options. The Colorado Department of Higher Education is posting videos to dispel myths about the FAFSA. We link to the one about myths, but there are several others on their YouTube channel.
