In mid July Gov. Polis announced an emergency rental assistance program that helps both landlords and tenants. One program, the Property Owner Preservation (POP) Program, helps landlords whose tenants can't pay their rent due to COVID-19. The other program, Emergency Housing Assistance, helps tenants who can't pay their rent due to COVID-19. Click on the website link to learn about both programs and how to apply. If you're looking for rental assistance, you'll need to apply through an agency. Call 211 to find an agency.
