Colorado Access
Colorado Access is the go-between for people on Colorado’s Medicaid program who live in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, or Elbert County. When you call, you’ll be asked for your Medicaid number (some of you may have a card but these are no longer mailed out). If you can’t remember the number, they can look you up by your name, date of birth, and possibly your Social Security number. They can connect you to customer service that can help you find the doctors you need (primary care for yearly physicals and chronic conditions, dental and vision, urgent care, mental health, substance use) and connections to other resources.
