The Center for African American Health offers African American and Black Metro Denver communities culturally responsive resources that support them in overcoming the root causes of health problems so they can maximize their individual and family health. They provide help to individuals and families in overcoming social, economic, and educational challenges. They assist parents in gaining skills, resources, and the knowledge they need to provide a solid foundation for their children and families. They have new resources available regularly, check their website to stay up to date. They offer Workforce readiness programs, Crisis counseling, Mental health first-aid, Food and Clothing banks, Strengthening Families Program and many more general services.
