Breaking Chains Building Bonds
Breaking Chains Building Bonds is an intergenerational program designed to heal the wounds of incarceration for formerly incarcerated parents and their children and/ or justice involved youth and their families. Parents and their children will bond and learn new skills through workshops in hip hop, spoken word, art, storytelling, changing perceptions, parenting with PTSD, and mindfulness. You will receive times/locations for each class after you sign up on their website.
