It's located in Aurora approximately one mile north of I-225 and Parker Road (Nine Mile light rail station) and close to other bus routes, grocery stores, and restaurants. A security deposit and first month's rent are due at move-in, but the home's management will work with third parties who assist with this. No current substance abuse or sex offenses.
