7 Habits of Highly Effective Parolees is a class offered in the community to anyone with a CDOC number. You can be on parole, as the name indicates, but you can also be on ISP-I, in a halfway house, or you can have discharged your number. The class is offered once a week, usually from 6-9pm, and during the pandemic, via Zoom. 7 Habits of Highly Effective Parolees is about character development that leads to effective leadership in all areas of your life. 7 Habits is voluntary, not mandatory. It's also a commitment for the entire ten weeks, and to earn the Franklin Covey Certificate, you're expected to attend every class and meet the course's other benchmarks. 7 Habits is not behavior modification or a way to get off parole early. You must register for the class by email at 7habitsparolees@gmail.com. The next class starts summer of 2022, and runs through Fall. When registering for the course, please provide your full name, DOC number, and parole office location. The website link is for the required textbook. (Post-pandemic, classes will resume in person in Denver and Colorado Springs.)
Hours: W: 6-9pm (you must register at 7habitsparolees@gmail.com beforehand)
Additional Info: Next class begins Summer of 2022!
