Second Chance Center in the City is located at 1391 Delaware St. right across the street from the city jail and next door to Subway. They are dedicated to helping individuals who are released from Denver city or county jail connect to better housing, employment opportunities, industry approved training, vocational training, transportation assistance, behavioral health assistance (mental health, substance use treatment), food relief, care management, mentoring, sober living, harm reduction services, and many other services. If you have been released from Denver city or county jail within the last year they can help you! Business hours and phone number are listed below. You do not need an appointment to see them!
