The Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program serves all seven Denver metro area counties. To qualify, you must be looking for permanent employment in your community, be a veteran, and homeless or at risk of being homeless. They provide a bus pass for people enrolled in their program, weekly job fairs, access to a computer lab, upskilling and job readiness training. Orientation is every Monday at 9am. Call first to verify and bring a copy of your DD214, State ID, and Social Security card.

Onward to Opportunity (O2O) is a free career training program that provides professional certification and employee support services to transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses. O2O combines industry-validated curricula, strong partnerships with leading veteran service organizations and private sector companies, and comprehensive career coaching services to prepare and match you with your next career. COVID-19 Update: The O2O program remains operational (in a virtual capacity) to ensure your needs are met as an O2O learner. If you have circumstances that prohibit you from participating in the program at this point, please contact them immediately to discuss your options.

VA--CRRC provides resources and much more for homeless veterans. They provide showers, job and training referrals, connections for help filing for a service-connected claim or pension, VA eligibility and enrollment, connections to housing and rental assistance, and a walk-in clinic MTThF: 6:30am-noon. All Workforce Centers (also called American Job Centers) have people who can help veterans find a job. Workforce Centers offer priority of service in all of their programs and services to veterans. Be sure to ask for the veterans employment specialist or priority of service when you register, or when you're asking for assistance. This is federal and state law.
