Denver's RTD recently launched its discounted fare program called LiVE Program. The program is for people between 20 and 64 whose income is 185% below federal poverty level ($23,107 for 1-person household, $31,284 for 2-person household). You'll need to provide electronic copies of certain documents and a recent photo. Click on the website to learn more the process, eligibility requirements, and a link to PEAK, which is how you apply online.
