We are working to build out the Available Housing section. Please check this section on a regular basis. You can also try looking on Craigslist. If you’re not sure how, watch our video here.
You could also establish a relationship with community and re-entry organizations. Many of them have contacts with landlords and may be able to help you get into housing. See our list here.
Try calling Colorado Housing Connects operators at 844-926-6632. They can help you search for housing. Calls are answered Monday – Friday, 8am -4:30 pm.
The Emergency Shelters section includes a statewide resource list of shelters with notes on hours, locations, and whether a shelter has a policy regarding certain criminal convictions.
If you’re looking for a transitional housing program, we have a custom list of organizations that work with people with a criminal history.
Finally, check out the Rental Advice section. It’s filled with information on leases, where to get help with evictions, renters’ rights, presenting yourself in the best light to a landlord, and much more.
