Mental health and substance abuse services are available, with the exception of the 2001 S Shield location which is mental health services only.  Begin the process by calling the central number for a telephone intake that will take 10 to 15 minutes. The first visit will be a two hour assessment at one of the locations which will determine services and treatment. Probation and parole officers often refer people to Touchstone and there are two criminal justice specialists that are available if the patient chooses. An additional service at Oak St and Wilson Ave are UAs which is open until 7:30 at night.

Services include individual, couple, and family therapy. To begin receiving services go into the Parker Blvd location Monday through Friday from 8am to 11:30 am and 1pm to 4:30pm. Additionally, patients being referred by a parole officer should provide letter of referral upon enrollment.
